Biography
Donna Hall-McDowell is a University of Tennessee, School of Architecture honors graduate. As president of McDowell/Hall-McDowell, she's an Architect with diverse experience in design, management, and documentation, with recent emphasis on Judicial, Transit, Mix-use and Veterinary Medicine.
Her skills, knowledge and abilities include insightful navigation of zoning, codes and construction laws, extensive ADA environments and QA/QC programs. She's an innovative problem-solver and space planner with attention to successful integration of codes, accessibility and structural/MEP systems. As a production specialist, she is well versed in current construction techniques, procedures, and advances in materials/product technology/innovations.
Donna is a seasoned speaker and presenter, always enjoying sharing her experience.
