Beginning January 2012, you will see a slight increase in price for the AIA Documents. AIA members receive a 30% discount on AIA documents. Members must be logged in for discounted pricing. Tax Rate for online sales in State of Georgia is 7%.

PURCHASE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS
Now, AIA Documents-on-Demand allows you to access 79 AIA Contract Documents anytime, anywhere. Each document can be downloaded and printed once you complete the purchase process. Both MAC and PC users can use this service. Once you purchased the documents, you will be directed to a confirmation page to download the documents you purchased and the document instructions (if applicable). You will also receive a confirmation email with links to download the documents.
