Important Deadlines and Fees

• The deadline for submission has been extended to February 23, 2024, prior to 6 pm.
• Registration closes promptly on February 23, 2024, at 5 pm to allow time for submission in time for the 6 pm deadline.
• Award winners will tentatively be notified the week of March 11.
• The non-refundable entry fee per submittal is $185 for AIA Members and $250 for not-yet members
• Early bird registration is $150 for AIA Members and $200 for not-yet members and ends on January 26, 2024 at 6 PM.

Submittal

• Registration and submittal is a two-step process. You must register first, then submit each individual project.
• All architects in the project submitted must be licensed in the State of Georgia.
• All team, group, or firm projects must credit all who substantially contributed in any capacity (for example, landscape architects and construction firms)
• Projects may be located anywhere in the world.
• All projects must have an uploaded Photo Release Form.
• Project authorship on all submissions will remain concealed throughout the deliberations of the jury. If the authorship is revealed on any of the images, plans, narrative, or file name the entry will be disqualified without notice and the entry fee will not be returned.
